Level-adjusting construction method in underground strcture and level-adjusting tool used therefor

Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the construction and repair of a structure, by adjusting the level by the combination of a proximity means closely bringing the upper member and the lower member and a separation means bringing them apart and forming a space between them and charging cement mortar therein, in a method in which a conditioning material is charged in a space between upper and lower members constituting an underground structure. SOLUTION: After a lower frame 14 has been superposed on a base part to roughly adjust the height in order to install a frame body 12 up to an objective height 32 like a road face for a building, the height of the frame body 12 is adjusted by use of an adjusting ring 15 or an adjusting material. The frame body 12 is supported on the adjusting ring 15 by supporting members 17 like bolts and cement mortar is charged in the space 18. The proximity means A is the bolt-form support members 17. The lower ends are embedded in the lower frame 14 and the upper ends are projected to the flange 12a of the frame body 12. The frame body is pulled by the fastening tools 12b like nuts. As a separating means B, an adjuster 20 constituted of screw members 21, 22 of bolts and nuts is used. COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
