(57)【要約】 【目 的】 本発明は、ポンプを駆動するモータの制御 回路の電子部品の冷却媒体として、その温度上限が明確 な揚液を利用する冷却構造の実現を目的とする。 【構 成】 本発明になるポンブの制御回路冷却構造 は、モータケーシングの底部内側表面に発熱電子部品の 頭部を密着配置する一方揚液通路の中間部位に水冷ジャ ケットを設け、該水冷ジャケットの開口部を前記モータ ケーシングの底部外側表面密接する如く構成される。
PURPOSE: To utilize a circulating pumped-up liquid as a cooling medium and to improve a radiation effect by a method wherein the head part of a heat generating electronic part is disposed in an adhering state on the inner surface of the bottom of a motor casing and the opening part of a water-cooled jacket arranged in a pumped-up liquid passage is arranged in an adhering state on the outer surface of the bottom of the motor casing. CONSTITUTION: The electronic part 4-1, effecting high heat generation, of electronic parts of which a control circuit 4 consists is arranged in such a state that the head part thereof is adhered on the inner surface of a motor casing bottom 1-1. The outer surface of the motor casing bottom 1-1 is arranged in close contact so that the opening part 9-1 of a water-cooled jacket 9 connected to the intermediate portion of the piping 10 of a pumped-up liquid passage. Since the heat of a heat generating electronic part 4-1 is generated facing the pumped-up liquid circulating through a water-cooled jacket 9 through the motor casing bottom 1-1 functioned as a radiation member and the pumped-up liquid has ordinarily a low temperature of approximate 50 deg.C, effective heat dissipation is executed through circulation thereof.
